• Serving as an integral member of the Project Delivery teams by providing hands on technical support for complex projects, focusing on production and implementation.  
• Participating in project work plans and reporting deviations to Project Managers as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. 
• Effectively applying Dataprise methodology and enforcing project standards. 
• Minimizing exposure and risk to Dataprise on projects. 
• Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. 
• Serving as a technical escalation point for technical staff from other Dataprise departments. 
• Working with account teams to identify and resolve persistent and lingering issues.  
• Identifying resources needed to resolve issues in a timely manner. 
• Ensuring timely communications and updates are provided to all relevant parties. 

• Several years of experience working in project-based environments and/or reporting to Project Managers. 
• The skillset of a technical guru with extensive hands-on experience with the latest versions of the following technologies: 
  • Microsoft: Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange 
  • Virtualization: VMWare, Hyper-V, and XenServer 
  • Storage: Compellent, EqualLogic, EMC, and/or Nutanix 
  • Cloud Providers: Office 365, Azure, and Amazon Web Services 
  • Experience in migrating to Office 365, Infrastructure to Azure/AWS 
• Great people, customer service, and verbal/written communication skills.

Compensation:

• Dataprise is committed to maintaining a positive work environment by ensuring that compensation across the Company is managed in a competitive, consistent, and fair manner. Each Dataprise employee will be compensated in line with their specific scope of responsibility, skill level, and educational background, in addition to the projected impact on the success of the Company.
• We have a comprehensive Compensation Management System which establishes the guidelines we use in making compensation decisions and is comprised of compensation policies, salary structures, salary grades, incentive target guidelines, job descriptions, and career charts.
• This position’s Salary Range is: $90,000-$110,000 (NOTE: this is the range at the national average level; specific salaries offered will be adjusted higher/lower due to the local labor market of the candidate).
