What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement the organization’s talent development strategy focused on professional and skill development, retention, and engagement
- Develop and manage talent and engagement programs that drive high performance and continuous growth, including leadership development, a mentorship program, a HiPo program, career pathing, and skills training
- Drive employee engagement strategies, including recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and culture-building initiatives
- Implement and manage engagement surveys to collect employe sentiment via our eNPS tool, Officevibe, analyze results, and develop action plans to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and learning and development opportunities
- Build effective feedback and recognition systems that encourage open communication, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a strategic advisor in partnership with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to address current and future talent and performance needs, aligning talent development strategy with organizational goals and business priorities
- Analyze and measure program effectiveness, recommending improvements based on insights and industry best practices
- Spearhead change management efforts and communication plans related to talent and engagement program rollouts, ensuring clear communication and adoption across the organization
- Support employee engagement initiatives at all levels of the employee lifecycle, from new hire onboarding and beyond
- Stay updated on talent development and employee program trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously evolve our talent development and employee engagement strategies
What Skills & Experience You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in talent development, learning & development, or employee engagement
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and engagement strategies
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), engagement platforms, and survey tools
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and present insights to stakeholders
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Compensation:

Each Dataprise employee will be compensated in line with their specific scope of responsibility, skill level, and educational background, in addition to the projected impact on the success of the Company.
- We have a comprehensive Compensation Management System which establishes the guidelines we use in making compensation decisions and is comprised of compensation policies, salary structures, salary grades, incentive target guidelines, job descriptions, and career charts.
- This position’s Salary Range is $90,000-$100,000 (NOTE: this is the range at the national average level; specific salaries offered will be adjusted higher/lower due to the local labor market of the candidate. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons).
