The Enterprise Architect will provide architecture, implementation, integration, and advanced troubleshooting based on hybrid cloud integration and advanced infrastructure. To be successful in this role, you will be experienced in both business and technical consulting, with a background in IT consulting and a track record of meeting its demands. Your responsibilities will include architecting full solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments and planning, implementation, and support within our customers’ environments.

What You’ll Do:
- Strategize with prospects to architect solutions based on various criteria, including business objectives, functionality, scalability, future-proofing, and cost.
- Develop detailed and accurate Statements of Work (SOW) for post-sale implementation by technical staff.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining availability to deliver well-designed solutions on time and within budget.
- Allocate 50-60% of your time to billable projects, with the remaining time dedicated to support, training, and continued education.
- Architect, implement and migrate solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
- Effectively communicate with customers at all levels, from Help Desk to C-level executives.
- Act as a liaison to vendors such as Microsoft to facilitate problem resolution.
- Support pre/post sales activities, including product demonstrations, webinars, presentations, solution designs, proofs of concept, total cost of ownership, and ROI analysis.
What Skills & Experience You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of experience working as a Solutions Architect with a clear methodology for requirements gathering and custom solution tailoring.
- 5+ years of performing system implementation or a similar position with experience across a complete IT industry lifecycle covering pre-sales, architecture, deployment, integration, and migration
- Experience with deployment, integration, and migration to Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Expertise with server, application, and desktop virtualization utilizing VMware and Microsoft
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN network infrastructure, routing, switching, and firewalls.
- Take ownership of maintaining and acquiring competencies and certifications essential to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and industry best practices.
- Relevant Certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, Networking, etc.)
- Scripting experience, preferably in PowerShell, Terraform, Azure CLI, etc

- We have a comprehensive Compensation Management System which establishes the guidelines we use in making compensation decisions and is comprised of compensation policies, salary structures, salary grades, incentive target guidelines, job descriptions, and career charts.
- This position’s Salary Range is: $140,000-$160,000 (NOTE: this is the range at the national average level; specific salaries offered will be adjusted higher/lower due to the local labor market of the candidate).
